JetBrains Developer Tools for Free
As an IT student, we learn many programming and scripting languages. During the basics, any code editor might work but for intermediate and advanced learning, we need ‘Integrated Development Environment (IDE)’ and other developer tools. Most of the popular and good developer tools require subscriptions for their services/ usage.
One of the most popular brands for developer tools is JetBrains. Their tools, despite being heavy, are user-friendly and provides tons of features. Their developer tools include IDEs for many programming languages including Java and PHP.
The good thing about JetBrains for the student community is that a student can use their services for free of cost for a period of 1 year. This is available for the Teaching community as well.
